As far as I can tell there are no dailies available at all for non Shadowlands enabled players. I too am impacted by this issue. Yesterday I could not see the Maw daily quests on my map, Today both the Maw dalies and the covenant calling daily are missing from my map. For me the quests do seem to be there they are just not visible on the main map at all, or the minimap until I am right on top of the quest giver.
No dailies including Covenant Callings are visible on World Map. They are visible on minimap when you get close.
